Dovey and DoveDove

Debbie has a habit of rescuing sick and stray creatures, and over the years we've revived and released a number of pigeons and other birds... and a ferret, but one in particular stuck around to become part of the family. Dovey arrived with a damaged wing a little before Christmas 2008. He quite liked living with us and flapped around the living room with the cats and dog for over a year. For a while he had a friend, DoveDove, who flapped around with him. We had them both until the middle of 2010.
